Long-Standing Experience

At Allied Funds we have access to project financing ranging from $10 million to $100 million. These facilities are offered by structured finance products and are considered on a case by case basis. Most funds will require a commitment from you when they have issued a Letter of Interest (LOI) or Decision In Principle (DIP). After a consideration of the project and a clear agreement from our funders to proceed, we will issue our Terms Of Business (TOB), which will be transparent in our fee structure and that of our funders

We DO NOT agree with the fact that we will be paid after our service. As your servant in business, we will need to be motivated rather than be pushed into a transaction that will not be completed, therefore, we will always ask to be motivated by our client to enable us perform our duties as brokers. Our fees are broken into three phases or part, the motivation phase, the facilitation phase and the completion phase. Therefore we break our commission into three parts for the convenience of our clients who are serious with business. Further suggestions regarding fee payments can be discussed and negotiated by our clients depending on the transaction.

We do have an obligation to relate to our funders with utmost transparency and respect, and therefore we do not make applications for funding on behalf of a clients based on sentiments. We expect our clients to go through the application for funding to enable us maintain our high standing and standard with our funders. We spread our fees to enable us accommodate our clients. Please NOTE that we do not offer our services to clients who cannot sustain their request and demand for our service. We only accept projects we feel confident we can get funded. If we take your project on, it will be because we think it has merit and stands a good chance of funding. You will need to ensure you have all the necessary documentation to support your application. Once your application and supporting material is submitted, you will be contacted for any clarifications or questions that will assist us in providing you the best financing the market has to offer.

We ask that you provide complete and accurate information on all of your application and supporting documentation. Any missing information or misrepresentations will only slow down the process of your successful application and funding.
